Local Seneschals
	Event Reports Due No Later than 30 Days After Event Waivers Kingdom Waiver Secretary receives copy of the Event Report & Original Waivers (keep a copy for your records!). For the mailing address, look in the Blackstar under Deputy Kingdom Officers: Deputy Kingdom Seneschal (Waiver Secretary). Waivers due EACH month for fighter practices to Waiver Secretary.	Monthly Reports Due on the 10th each month End of Reign Reports due June 20th - January - June due December 20th for July-December

Regional Seneschals
	Quarterly reports Quarterly reports must be submitted to the Kingdom Seneschal at least 15 days before reports are due to the Crown (at Red Tape in January and July and at Crown Tournament in April and October). This means Regional Seneschal reports are due by the 1st of December, March, June, and September. Reports should take the form of a paragraph or two on how your region is doing. Focus on any problem areas and any major kudos.
	End of Year report End of Year reports must be submitted to the Kingdom Seneschal by February 15, so that the Kingdom Seneschal can submit his report to the Society Seneschal by March 1. Include a summary sentence on each group in your region. List the number of events and demos held during the year, as well as the number of active guilds. This information can be gleaned from the monthly local Seneschal reports you received.
